📝 3 Cold Email Templates that Worked
Help people with the problem they shared somewhere
Sub: Have you tried using {{tool}} for {{goal}}? Hello {{First Name}}, I came across your tweet recently on {{problem you are facing}}. Have you tried using {{recommendation}}? I use that with my team and it has been incredibly successful. Happy to chat more about it or send over some templates and examples if you’re interested. Regards, {Your Name}
Getting in touch after a few months/years
Subject: Still hoping to connect with you Hi {First Name}, I’m sorry we haven’t been able to connect. When we last spoke, you seemed very interested in [product name]. In all probability, you must be incredibly busy to not respond after our initial chats. I am happy to schedule a call with you any time this week, even if it falls outside our regular office hours or on a weekend(if that makes it easier for you). I really don’t mean to be persistent with you, but I would appreciate some indication of your decision either way. Looking forward to your response. Kind Regards, {Your Name}
Follow-up mail
Subject: Hope you're doing well? Hey {{first_name}}, It's been a while! It looks like you've been doing some exciting things since we worked together at [[company]]. How is your [[current job]] going? I'm sure things are busy, but is there a day soon when you might be free to catch up over lunch or coffee? It'd be great to reconnect. I hope you've been well. Take care, [[your name]]
Hope you make the most out of these. All the best 🙌
