1. Keep your email actionable

   Your email should have a pointer that will direct the recipient to take the required action. If it will be missing, you can’t expect the response.

2. Write like you have 10 secs to talk to the person

   The person you are writing to might be receiving 1000s of emails like you. Out of that, you have to be the one that will grab their attention. So, write your subject and body like that.

3. Don’t copy paste templates

   It’s a very common mistake that every other person do and wish to get the response. But, you are not that kind of person, give time, research, and then sit to write an email.

   There isn’t any issue with learning the formatting and styling from templates.
