   When you are writing an email, mention the terms, and phrases that the opposite person can easily relate with. For this, you need to spend time studying the person.

2. Think like your client

   You must have heard, “To understand the thing from other’s perspective, you should put your leg on their shoe”. Similarly, while writing an email, keep in mind about the problem, challenges, and pains of your clients that you would be addressing.

3. Test the subject lines

   You never know what subject line will work for which purpose, you need to keep testing with different subject lines to understand what will work and what not.
