Cold Email Leverage Issue #17
Writing a cold email is a form of selling, it’s the game of expressing yourself in a way that others would feel like, why I didn’t meet this person before.
To get there you have to work on languaging, you have to play with words, experiment with different ideas and then you will start understanding what triggers humans.
Welcome to the 17th issue of the Cold Email Leverage newsletter where we discover 3 tips and 3 cold email templates every Wednesday
🎯 3 Cold Email Tips
Be polite
This must be sounding obvious, but we often miss out on this. Whenever you are about to hit the send button, read your email out loud and notice the language.
Show value upfront
Let’s be honest, everyone looks for their benefit, no matter the context. If there is not anything valuable for them, it’s hard to convince and impress them.
Ask, ask, ask
There is a quote, “If you won’t ask, the answer will always be NO”. Most of the time, we just assume and don’t ask. You should avoid this practice and ask.
