1. Avoid using complex words

   This is one of the reason, more than 70% emails do not get reply. If you are also doing it, please don’t do that. Instead, use words that can be understood by a 12 years old.

2. Give references to clear the context

   Sometime it becomes hard to extract the intent behind writing, same applies for email. But, if you share some references, it becomes easier for the recipient to get the idea.

3. Test the subject lines

   You never know what subject line will work for which purpose, you need to keep testing with different subject lines to understand what will work and what not.
