Avoid phrases like "sorry to bother you" or "don't want to take up too much time". You don’t have to show yourself as lower than another person.
Never share your price/expected CTC over email
Whenever you get asked to share your price or what would be your charge, don’t share it directly. Understand their goal, and expectation based on those finalize it.
Use simple subject lines
Don’t make your subject line too complex, the simple it will be, the easier it will be to read it.
